First Workshop for Pilot Project Facilitated by Dr. Carolyn Jarmon, Associate Director of Center for Academic Transformation, Rensaleur Polytecnic held at General Administration Chapel Hill, NC, Monday Feb. 2, 2004

Colleagues,
I have heard from a number of you all and am delighted at the teams being formed on the 12 campuses that are involved in this pilot. As I indicated in an earlier email to the team leaders, we will be meeting in Chapel Hill for an all-day workshop on Monday, Feb 2 at General Administration with Dr. Carolyn Jarmon, Associate Director of the Center for Academic Transformation at Renselleur, who was also the project manager for the Pew Grant. She will be providing an intensive overview of the project, but as per our requests she will be including an emphasis on the process, “things” to avoid, factors that enhance success, etc. We have a total of 12 campuses who will be sending a team. They include:
