Registration Fee Information

Before registering, please be aware of the cost to attend the conference. Note that presenters and co-presenters who attend must pay the appropriate registration fees. Your registration fee covers conference / workshop materials and selected meals:

• Full conference: $80 ($120 non-UNC).

• Any one day: $40 ($60 non-UNC).

Conference fees can be paid by credit card, check, or, for UNC participants only, purchase order. See the registration form for instructions regarding each of these methods of payment (they will appear when you select a payment method). A secure site is provided to accept credit card information; however, should you not wish to enter your credit card information through the web site, you may submit it by phone or by mail as directed on the registration form.

Participants or their campuses are responsible for registration fees, mileage, and other costs such as some meals not covered by the TLT Collaborative.

Registration notes:

• After registering, please be sure to make your hotel reservation if you will require overnight accommodations.

• Workshop signup will be available at the conference check-in desk. To ensure that a seat will be available for you, please be sure to stop by and add your name to the appropriate list.

• When you register, please consider volunteering to facilitate a conference session. As a facilitator, you would be responsible for collecting session evaluation forms and for obtaining any needed assistance for the presenter (e.g., for audiovisual difficulties). Some presenters may also wish to be introduced or be advised periodically of the time remaining in the session. If you volunteer, you will be assigned to a time slot that is convenient for you and offered your choice of sessions to attend during that time.
