Campus-Wide Events Calendar
UNC Chapel Hill has recently implemented a campus-wide events calendar which allows event sponsors all over campus to enter event information into a central application.
Although this kind of application isn't directly tied to in- class instruction,its implementation was a result of recommendations in a report about the intellectual climate on campus.
Faculty wanted better ways to know what activities were available to supplement their class materials.
