The UNC TLT Collaborative 2001 Conference was held
at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington
on May 2325, 2001.


Birds of a Feather Sessions (BOFs)

You can discuss your favorite TLT-related topics with like-minded participants at the birds of a feather sessions (special interest group meetings). Some sessions may relate to ongoing initiatives of the Collaborative. Others may focus on the kinds of policies, plans, and organizational structures that might support the goals and recommendations emerging from the discussion tracks.

The BOFs will take place in conjunction with the Thursday dinner and Friday lunch gatherings.

 

Thursday dinner

Join the group of your choice for dinner in Wilmington on Thursday. Select one of the topics below, or share a meal with other conference participants at a location having no agenda for the evening. Food costs will be borne by the participants.

 

Friday lunch

More BOFs are scheduled during Fridays buffet lunch, which will be hosted by the TLT Collaborative in the gardens on the UNCW campus.

  • Assistive technologies
  • Course management systems
  • Faculty conference planning
  • Methods of sharing expertise among campuses
  • Campus organizational structures re TLT
  • On-line and electronic resources
  • Handheld/wireless technology
