We have hired a conference management firm, YCC, to assist with on-site logistics, presenter coordination, and conference material preparation:

"YCC, headquartered in Wilmington, North Carolina, and established in 1992, provides conference planning, association management, and web site services to organizations located throughout the United States. Clients include several Oracle user groups, Nuance Communications, a speech recognition company, and the North Carolina World Trade Association to name a few."
