Developing A Comprehensive Faculty Evaluation System

This workshop provides a step-by-step procedure for designing and developing valid and reliable student rating forms. Based on over 65 years combined experience in educational measurement, assessment, and evaluation, the workshop presenters, Raoul Arreola and Lawrence Aleamoni, provide workshop participants with practical methods, tools and critical professional techniques for designing a student rating form. Also discussed are procedures for administering the form, reporting the results, and interpreting and using the data for professional growth.
