National Association for the Deaf (NAD) Biennial Conferences.
The biennial conference of the National Association of the Deaf (NAD) is the major public event of the NAD. They are held every two years, in even-numbered years, in various parts of the country. This coming year, the 46th Biennial Conference will be held in Washington, D.C. on July 3-8, 2002 -- just before the international DeafWay II festival held at Gallaudet University.
