Using New Technologies to Support Cooperative Learning, Collaborative Services, and Unique Resources

For me, a relatively "low-tech" teacher and faculty developer, the answer is obvious: of course! Technology becomes a "multiplier" in two distinct ways: (1) by increasing communication channels and (2) by serving as a tool in the hands of savvy teachers and learners.
