(Hon.)Psychology, University of Nigeria. Presently, a professor of Psychology at Fayetteville State University. Editor of two journals: 1)The Mentor: Journal of Mentoring & Field Expeirence, 2) Diversity: Internal Journal of Public and Social Issues. Vice President of the National Association of Mentors in Higher Education (NAMHE). Published many articles in refereed journals.
