Career Army officer with 28 years of service. Attended University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, from May 1980 to May 1982 and earned Master of Education degree. Professor at United States Military Academy from June 1982 to May 1985. Commanded Army units from 45-man platoon to 555-person battalion. Served two years as military advisor to one of President Clinton's senior appointees in the Office of the Secretary of Defense from December 1998 to January 2001. Currently, Department Chairman at Army Management Staff College. |
